Allison TAC’s primary responsibility is to support Allison Authorized Locations and Customers. They support and guide users through all aspects of the repair process, including finding Allison Authorized Locations, product knowledge, and technical support. When calling, emailing, or submitting your case via the Allison HUB, your inquiry may go through various forms of support. The first point of contact will be one of our customer support representatives (CSR) who is primarily focused on general service information. If further assistance is needed, a CSR will create and escalate a TAC case to a Technical Service Representative (TSR). The TSR’s primary focus is providing technical support to our Authorized Locations. This includes assisting and directing certified technicians with the knowledge and experience to support transmission repair. The TSR’s also work closely with Allison’s Service Engineering, Customer Integration Engineers, Regional Customer Support Manager/Representatives, and Plant Quality to ensure Allison is providing world class customer support to your customers.
