Retran – Warranty EC & Discount Calculator

Warranty:

Allison’s ReTran Products come with a standard 2 years of coverage for the failure of all components. If the unit is installed by an authorized service provider the Allison Warranty will additionally cover towing due to a failure, and the removal and replacement labor at any Authorized Allison Dealer location.

EC:

Allisons 2-Year Extended Coverage (EC) Warranty. Allow the global network of approximately 1,600 Allison Authorized Distributors and Dealers to continue to service ReTran products for up to 4 years and ensures rapid support, minimizing downtime and keeping your customer operational.

Retran Discount Calculator:

Effective March 9, 2023, the ReTran Calculator was embedded into the Allison HUBTM under the Parts dropdown menu. This new embedded calculator has all of the previous functionality along with several enhancements:

• Familiarstreamlined interface
• Simple part number input field
• Extended Transmission Coverage (ETC) price and ReTran information
• Ability to change currency
• ReTran with ETC total price to customer
• Page printing ability directly from internet browser

1. To use the calculator, simply navigate to the Allison HUB  Parts  ReTran Calculator – US and Canada Only, enter your ReTran part number, then select your currency and press submit.

2. Once you press submit, the information fields will populate ReTran part number, ReTran description, ReTran standard warranty, 2-year ETC price and ReTran core deposit charge.
3. Next, you will see the pricing discount matrix to choose your level of discount (1% – 15%) to the end customer.

Please note that if you choose to utilize the discounted pricing structure the price to the customer cannot exceed the price listed on the matrix. Failure to do so will result in a chargeback during audits.
